Customization with Clarion is a simple process. We have developed thousands of safety labels for a wide variety of products; from airport trains to meat saws, from semiconductor manufacturing equipment to packaging machinery. The safety labels are different but Clarion's efficient design method is the same!

The information Clarion needs in order to begin includes the following:

• Choose the format: ISO graphic-only or ANSI Z535.4 or Harmonized ISO/ANSI Z535.4.
• Choose the proper size for the safety labels
• Choose the orientation: vertical or horizontal
• Choose the signal word: Danger, Warning, Caution, Safety Instructions, Notice, or Caution without the safety alert symbol.
• Choose which word message, if any, is to be on the label. If non-English text is to be used, tell us if you will provide the translation or if Clarion should coordinate translation (fees may apply).
• Choose Clarion symbol number(s) or design your own symbol.
• Tell us about any special conditions or preferences you may have.

Clarion cannot tell you which hazards should be designed out of your product, guarded or warned about. Nor can we define the proper content for your specific application because we are not experts familiar with your product. If you choose to use our standard premium quality 3M white polyester label stock with the 3M ultraclear polyester overlaminate, and are choosing standard Clarion sizes (e.g. J,K,L,S,T,U,etc.), then you can use our standard price list to determine the price for your safety labels!

Customized safety labels at economical prices - no design or customization charges!

Once pricing is approved (with a purchase order for first time printing), Clarion will email you a color PDF of your safety labels for design approval. (See a sample.) If modifications need to be made, just mark up the design approval and fax it back. The changes will be promptly made and a new design approval sent off. If the safety label designs are fine, just initial your OK and fax the approval back. Production will begin immediately.

Normal turnaround time for safety labels produced on Clarion's standard materials is five working days from the receipt of a Purchase Order and the Clarion Design Approval. Delivery time for other materials may be longer - we let you know a ship date when you place your order. If you require your custom label sooner, let us know and we will respond with our best estimated delivery date.
