Serialization Capabilities
Clarion can supply all of your custom serialized safety label needs!
Clarion is one of the few places in the world that is able to produce high quality custom
serialized nameplate and data plate labels. Any field can be customized on the label
and each individual label can contain different information! Typically much of the
data on such a label will be the same but a field, such as serial number, would be
distinct for each individual label. We can do this!
Four Easy Steps to Proceed
- Tell Clarion what you want your label to look like
(you may want to use one of our serialization examples as a starting point).
- Tell Clarion which data fields are fixed (will not change)
and the information that goes into these fields.
- Tell Clarion which fields are to have variable data (data that will change for each label)
and how you will supply Clarion with this information. (See below for details)
- Tell Clarion how many you require and what material choice you desire:
3M top-of-the-line polyester base material with clear polyester overlaminate (Clarion's premium quality standard material), white polyester with velvet Lexan overlaminate, or other material.
Clarion will respond with a quotation. All Clarion safety label design work is free of charge!
If you need nameplates, labels, or data plates that need to be written on, Clarion has the right solution for you.

Details (Step 3)
Both sequential and random (non-sequential) serialization are possible.
If the numbering is sequential, just tell us the number to start with and how many to produce, and your custom serialized labels will be printed accordingly. If the numbers are random (non-sequential), email us a file that can be imported into Microsoft Excel and we will use this spreadsheet to fill in the information for each label. You can even use up to three of Clarion's standard colors to enhance the look of your labels!
